Job Description

Local, established and growing Family office in the Transportation industry is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to join their team. This is a Hybrid schedule in Oakland, CA with 3 days onsite and 2 remote. $130,000 - $180,000/ DOE

Qualified Candidates will have the following:

  • Degree in Accounting or similar with 10+ years of full cycle GAAP Accounting required
  • Family office experience desired, or multiple entity enterprise needed
  • Must have knowledge of tax documents and preparation to help the outside CPA firm
  • Should be very confident with journal entries, G/L, financial reporting including Balance and P&L
  • Very strong system skills needed, advanced Excel, ERP knowlege, Great Plains a plus
  • This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite in Oakland, CA and 2 days remote
  • $130,000 - $180,000 / DOE
